Delete Your Data

You can delete all data associated with Crux Chess Puzzles in two ways.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
If you still have the app installed, open it and go to:
Settings → Delete my data
This permanently erases your local progress, coins, cosmetics, and statistics on the device, and deletes your anonymous cloud account and any associated stats. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, email us and we'll delete any remaining account data we hold:
Please send the request from the email or include any account/friend code you have, so we can locate your data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous account identifier and friend code
- Your stored gameplay statistics (rating, puzzles solved, rating history)
- Your on-device progress, coins, cosmetics, and performance metrics
Note: aggregated, non-identifying data and information held by Google (e.g. advertising or payment records) is governed by Google's policies.
